 I hope everyone had a great weekend! Last Thursday my sister Steph and I made some crab meat tostadas (Tostadas de Ceviche) for Cinco de Mayo. We usually don't do anything during the fifth but it just happened to be that we had the crab meat in the fridge and it was a perfect warm day to eat tostadas anyways. :-)
They are super easy to make and very yummy :-)

Ingridients:
Tostadas
about 1lb of Imitation Crab Meat
 Tomatoes
Cilantro
Onions
Lemons/limes
Tapatio hot sauce :-)

you can dice up Avocados (we didn't have any ;-< )
