Treviso

10:34 AM

Treviso is about thirty min away from Venice. I had never heard of this town until Carmen told me she was going to intern there last year.

She lives in a nice apartment just a few blocks from the little downtown area. The night life here is very cool. It was close to midnight and everyone was still out having dinner having drinks and just partying it up. Carmen took us to this really nice restaurant called Da Pino. We each ordered our own pizzas. They were huge but we all ate everything. It was that good. European pizza is so different from the pizza we have back home.

After our delicious dinner we went out to explore some more. Carmen led us to this one interesting statue/fountain called "fontana delle tette." It was a statue of a woman with water coming out of her breasts. Supposedly back in the days, white and red wines would pour out and people would drink from it. Crazy stuff! lol ....(only in Italy)

After some drinks we called it a night and officially said or goodbyes to Italy.....

Italy you were everything we expected and much more.
